When choosing a firm to design and administer your company’s retirement plan, a common question is how much experience the firm’s consultants have. But just as important (if not more so) is the quality of their partnership, including how long they have worked together. The leaders of Shore Tompkins—Neil Shore and Kathy Tompkins—each have more than 20 years of hands-on experience, not only in the technical aspects of designing, implementing, and administering a wide variety of plans, but also in listening to and advising clients. That means we help clients make informed decisions by providing options and alternatives, rather than making decisions for them. We pride ourselves on understanding the client’s objectives and providing practical solutions. And because the professional relationship between Neil and Kathy goes back more than 20 years, they share a high level of trust and a deep commitment to client service. “We support each other and challenge each other to be the best, especially in terms of serving our clients,” says Neil Shore. “After all, our success depends on theirs.”
